Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) is a term that covers the wide range of initiatives and issues in recent years. Since 2015, HKEx has revised the listing rules to force listed companies to report annually on ESG matters and to disclose environmental, social and governance information.

More than 2000 listed companies are required to disclose their carbon emissions reductions annually under the ESG reporting guidelines. ICCAD (Group) can sell its reserved carbon credits to listed companies, while carbon credits can fulfill their social and environmental responsibilities, and present in the ESG reports.
