The team of ICCAD (Group) has more than 10 years of industry experience. In the last 10 years, the professional carbon market development team has been established and are guided by the objectives from UN SDG Goals to assist businesses and local communities in reducing their impact on our global warning.
Marco Sze
施德誌
Marco Sze has extensive finance-related work experience. It includes IPO, financing, M&A, industry research, valuation and financial analysis, covering more than 30 industries. He worked for investment banks, a hedge fund and a tax consulting firm in Hong Kong and the US. His responsibilities included financial analyses and/or tax impact assessments of financial institutions, public utilities, power plants etc. Prior to them, he worked for a UK-based Civil Engineering Consulting firm, covering several environmental/civil engineering projects.
Marco holds the following finance/accounting-related credentials:
➢ Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
➢ American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA),
➢ Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by AICPA
➢ Registered Business Valuer (RBV) with the Hong Kong Business Valuation Forum
施德誌先生擁有豐富的金融行業經驗，包括：企業上市、企業融資、併購、行業研究、評估及財務分析。涉及的行業超於30個。施先生曾于香港及美國之投資銀行、對沖基金、稅務顧問公司任職，主要負責替多個行業 - 如金融機構、公營服務機構及發電廠等進行財務分析及稅務影響評估。在之前，施先生在一間英資的土木工程顧問公司任職，曾參與多個環保和土木工程項目。
施先生為特許金融分析師，也持有其他金融/財務相關資格，包括：美國會計師資格、美國商業價值評估資格及香港商業價值評估公會給予的專業資格。施先生亦持有香港教育局頒發的專業教師證書。在教學與培訓方面有多年經驗，
施先生持有香港理工大學的環境工程學學士學位元，亦畢業於美國紐約市立大學柏魯克學院，獲得會計學碩士學位。
Terence Hong
康曉龍
HONG Hui Lung, aged 52, graduated from The University of Hong Kong with a bachelor’s degree in science in 1992. After graduation, he had worked in Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. He has professional expertise and extensive experience in investment banking for about 16 years. He has also participated as speakers of professional trainings and seminars regarding the regulation, landscape and development of Hong Kong and China capital markets. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
康曉龍先生，52歲，康先生於1992年畢業於香港大學，持有科學學士學位。於畢業後，彼曾任職於德勤會計師事務所。 彼在投資銀行界擁有約16年之專業知識及資深經驗。 彼也參與作為專業培訓及講座之講者，關於香港及中國資本市埸之法規，特色及發展過程。 彼為英國特許公認會計師公會資深會員。

Technical Support
ICCAD (Group), as the project consulting developer, will sign emission reduction development agreement with the project owners.
ICCAD (Group) is responsible for the project development, including providing reference advice for the selection of project location and planting tree species, calculating carbon sink, communicating with DOE on project matters, cooperating with completing the project registration, completing the project development process and other technical support.
Shih Wen Chin
Mr. Shih Wen Chin is a senior trainer of energy management system ISO14064/ ISO14065, also a senior consultant of energy management project, with nearly 10 years of rich experience in the fields of afforestation, energy management, carbon audit, carbon asset management, low-carbon planning and sustainable development.
